This beautiful newly furnished detached villa is located in a cul-de-sac. It is only a 12-minute walk to Cala Baladrar beach as well as to the supermarket and restaurants. It is located 4 km from lively Moraira. On the beach you will find a nice beach bar where you can eat and drink very well. It is open from 1 April to the end of October. During the summer months there is live music every evening (except weekends).
The lower floor with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the same level as the swimming pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 sun terraces. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, American fridge.

The holiday home is very centrally located. It is located in the middle between Calpe and Moraira. These 2 are very lively places with many restaurants and shops. The village of Benissa is 6 km away, a typical quiet Spanish village. Also nearby is the Jalon Valley with its vineyards and bodegas. So theres something for everyone.
