Lovely holiday house in the fairy tale town, Ærøskøbing on the island Ærø.

The house is centrally located, 650 m. from the ferry port, 800 m. from a child-friendly beach, 250 m. to town center.

The house is situated in a large garden.

In the house which is 115 m2, there is plenty of room for 4 persons and the possibility of 6 people.

Here is a large bright livingroom whith opening to a south faced patio. Tv and DVD.

Kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Big double bedroom and a smaller room with bunk bed, and an extra bed. Small bathroom with shower and heated floor.
In the basement you find another room with doublebed and a little bathroom.
In the basement you also find a washingmachine and a little freezer.
