Large older and nice house is located about 300 m from the harbor in the cozy harbor town of Østerby with shops, restaurants and by a nice beach. The house is not completely modern but partially renovated in 2013 with a new kitchen and wood stove in the living room. The house has a large lawn and two terraces.
