Waterfront Mediterranean, Kas in Turkey

The apartment is 110 m2 with a spacey kitchen and a living room, 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom and two bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is equipped for six persons. The apartment wwas renovated in 2005/6 and contain new kitchen and bathrooms, new windows and it is all very light and welcoming. The dining table is suitable for eight persons. One of the bathrooms is with a big bathtub, where the other is with a shower.

All rooms are air-conditioned. From the living room there is access to a balcony, where six people can enjoy their meals (equipped with a table and six chairs). From the balcony you have a wonderful view to the pool area, the sea, the mountains and the sunset.

From one of the bedrooms there is access directly to the garden. Via the stairs of stone you have access to the pool area and further access to the sea from the private beach platform. The pool area contains three pools, including a pool for children/babies. From the pool area you find the private access to the Mediterrainean Sea.

The apartment can be used during the whole year as the air-conditioning can be used as heater during the winter.

There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare wonderful Mediterranean meals with delicious vegetables and fresh fruits. If you prefer to go to a restaurant for the dinner, there is a very good restaurant 100 m from the apartment with a breath taking sea view. If you decide to go to the town, you find many exiting restaurants at different price levels, most of them with fantastic sea views as well.
