Big penthouse flat very suitable the big family with children. the size is around 170 m2. There is only around 200m to the Mediterranean with a wide beach area. Oba city just in the near and 2,5 km. to the centre of Alanya. The flat is equipped with a big kitchen with first quality white goods, lots of space and a direct access to a shaded balcony of 27 m2 with the splendid panorama view over the Taurus Mountains and the Mediterranean. 2 separated bedrooms both with double beds and access to the balcony, bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the second floor there is a big living room nicely furnished. Playstation and TV and a direct access to terrace with a build’ in outdoor kitchen. The third bedroom upstars has room enough for 4 persons. There is twin beds and two spare mattresses and access way to the terrace. A luxury bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. All rooms have Air-condition and wardrobes very nicely furnished.
