A wonderful appartment of 110 m2 with a location close to the beach, Oba Cay river, Alanya stadion, green areas. There is only 2,5 km. to the center of Alanya. The appartment is big, light and spacious. It has a hurge smart white kitchen with bluepearl granite worktop. In continuation of the kitchen lies a well furnished sittingroom. From the kitchen and the sittingroom you have
access to a wonderful covered terrace of 15 m2 with a spectacular panorama view of the Taurus mountains, the river Oba and the Mediterranean. There are two well sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a combined shower cabinet and jacuzzi. Furthermore there is a washing machine in one of the bathroom closet. All bedrooms have hurge wardrobes and all rooms have airconditions ( remote control and multi adjustable ) for heating and cooling.
