Beautiful house next to the fishing lake Läen in Lessebo. 30 m to the lake and only 200 m to the beach. Lessebo is the center in "Glasriket" (glass-art, KostaBoda and many more). Close to great golf-courts.
The house is new-restored. Kitchen with all facilities incl. dishwasher. 2 big bedrooms and 1 small on 1. floor all for 8 persons. Livingroom with view over the lake, big diningroom and cellar with toilet and bath, washing-machine. Heated by electric and woodburning stove.
OBS. SUNDAY TO SUNDAY!
Terrace facing south and east overlooking the lake.
- Cleaning: Cleaning is by yourself, we expect that you leave the house in same condition as you recieved it.
- Other things: You pay a deposit of € 135,- to 270,- 4 weeks before moving in. Within 14 days you will get the deposit back with redraw for electric consumption.
