Welcome to Kittagården

Kittagården is absolutely fantastic with Slagesnässøen front of the house. It simply is balm for the soul.

From the courtyard you can follow the forest road directly into the forest where large rocks covered with moss and streams stimulate the imagination, so you can almost see alfs and goblins!
If you are in the woods at the right time of year, there are plenty of opportunities to find something to eat. Here you will find both mushrooms, blueberries and Smultron.

Everything is present to enjoy the silence and the beautiful scenery.
Slagesnässøen is a swimming lake and the second largest in the municipality. At one end of the lake is established bathing space with sand, bathing jetty and fireplace. It is permitted to put a rowboat in the lake and fishing maps can be purchased nearby.

The surrounding towns are very small. Olofström is the largest (about 10 km from the farm) and you will find the best buying opportunities here. Approximately 2.5 kilometers from the farm, you also can shop in the "Kyrkhultan".

The farmhouse consists of basement, ground and an unfurnished second floor.
You enter the hall with staircase to second floor and a small box room. From the entrance you will enter into a kitchen/dining room with modern facilities such as dishwasher, fridge / freezer, built-in cooktop and oven. You will also find a stove with glass door, so flames can be enjoyed extra.
From the kitchen you go out on the lovely large terrace which has beautiful views over Slagesnässsøen.
To the left of the kitchen is the living room and a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds.To the right of the kitchen there is a small corridor with old hand-painted wallpaper from where you have access to a bathroom and another bedroom, also with 4 beds.

In the basement, where the entrance is from the outside, you will find water pump, hot water tank and washing machine. Otherwise, as the basement from the time when the animals lived there.

The courtyard is surrounded by 2 large barns and a small "brewery". Behind one of the barns you will find a place for a bonfire where it is possible to grill dinner.
