Marisol is owned by the same family as our popular Gatona properties and built to a high standard with excellent furnishings and fittings in Cool White Ibiza style. The private Swimming pool and front terrace with fireplace opens into the spacious living/dining room with ample relaxing seating area with player, DVD player, Satellite TV and complimentary Internet connection by the built-in fireplace. The new well designed and practical modern kitchen has hand-made fittings and with some added modern comforts like microwave, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasherplayer and doorway to the poolside terraces. The inner corridor leads to two comfortable twin and one dobble bedroom with two adjacent small bath/shower rooms. All no-smoking bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The accommodation covers approximately 100 sqm. Available all year upon request. There is air conditioning in all rooms set on a timer for eight hours daily complimentary. Extra hours are available and payable on request ; must be booked in advance.
The swimming pool has fresh crystal clear waters and furnished sun terraces with reclyning sun-loungers, for sun drenched relaxing cocktail parties. The well maintained and colourful gardens have mature palm trees providing welcome summer shade, and plenty of space for children to play. From the upper sun terrace there is even a little sea-view and the far reaching views stretch across the resort to the virgin, verdant countryside with rolling pine-clad hillsides and to the East towards the Monastery, San Salvador, built some 600 years ago on top of the highest local hill. This is well worth a visit and for the more energetic (and fit) you can walk or bike up to the top, once there you can enjoy spectacular views of the East coast with more than a hundred Calas/bays.
Villa Marisol is situated in the popular Holiday Resort; Calas de Mallorca/The Bays of Mallorca in a private plot of 400 sqm and there might be some noice from the nearby road and hotels ( entertainment is permitted until 24.00 h ). This is the prefect Beach Budget Holiday Home.
