Our beautiful house (approx. 90 m2) consists of a separate kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage and one covered and one big uncovered terraces in the garden behind the house. This terrace has a barbeque and is very private with a fantastic view to the lovely spanish mountains Serra D'Irta. Finaly there is a small private sunterrace with acces from bedroom.
The house is very luxury with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, central heating and air condition.

The house is located in a nice quiet and very well maintained urbanization with a big common swimming pool and tennis court only 100 meters away from the house. There is access to teh pool from the 1st. of June to the 30th. of September.

From the house and terraces there are lovely view to the sea and the nature and it is in a distance of only 1 mile to the beach and the centre of the charming Spanish town Peñiscola on the Costa del Azahar 130 miles south of Barcelona. The area offers a lot of activities - swimming at the 5 mile long sandy beach just north of the town, walks and bicycle trips i the 80 sq. mile nature reserve south of the town, golfing at the Panorámica Golf Club (founded by Bernhard Langer) just 15 miles away, sightseeing in the Spanish countryside plus much more.
