Available throughout the year, Casa Serena is a two bedroom - really charming little house/villa. It is set amongst olive groves and surrounded Tuscan woodland. It provides privacy and serenity for a truly relaxing vacation. The villa benefits from its own private pool and there are some of the most spectacular views of he Val di Chio and some fantastic sunsets.

The villa has a large sitting room with open wood burning fireplace - perfect during Autumn months for a cozy night. There are two bedrooms, one set with a double bed with views to the olive grove and valley. The second bedroom is arranged with twin beds, but this can be turned to a double if required. In addition, there is a full kitchen and bathroom.

Casa Serena is comfortably and attractively furnished in Tuscan style. Outside there are terraces overlooking the gardens, olive groves and swimming pool. The terrace is a focal point for the property and a great place to enjoy all views whilst listening to the crickets and bird song that make this place so very special.

From here you can relax, unwind and enjoy the lovely scenery - or, there are day excursions to Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulcinao, Pienza, Assisi and more. Wine is a famous Tuscan export and you can use some of your time here to explore the many vineyards or go on a wine tour (In English, Frence, Danish, German) and enjoy some of the superior wines Tuscany has to offer. Other activities in the area are cooking classes, truffle hunting and numerous festivals throughout the year.

The nearest shop, bar and restaurant is 2 kms. There are many supermarkets, restaurants etc in the town of Castiglion Fiorentino
