Holiday Home situated exceptionally peaceful and beautiful in a small village with only 6 houses and a church near the top of a 900 m high mountain over Pieve Santo Stefano, 20 km north of Sansepolcro. Access to the house is a 4 km long dead-end asphalted road connected to the central E45 motorway between Cesena and Perugia / Rome.

From the house, view terrace and the village is a breathtaking view over the valleys and mountain slopes with villages and grazing cows and Monte Fumaiolo, where the Tiber sources.

There is a 1 hour drive to the Adriatic beaches in Rimini/Igea Marina.
Free use of wireless broadband connection and 3 meter diametrical pool during the summer months.
