A custom designed kitchen with marble work surfaces and ancient marble sink, it is supplied with an hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer top, kettle, table and chairs (12 m2), a cozy sitting room features original part exposed stone wall and is furnished with sofa fire place and wooden stairs lead to upper floor. - *First floor* : main double bedroom (20 m2), upon request can be added a single bed for one child or third person .The second bedroom (16 m2) opens out onto a sun panoramic terrace (34 m2), with stone steps that lead down to the garden. Bathroom with bath (6 m2). *To note*: on the first floor, the second double bedroom, and its private bathroom, has its own independent entrance from the garden by the terrace.
