An idyllic Italian country cottage with wonderful castle views, in the tranquil heart of the Alto Monferrato wine region. Situated in a tiny hamlet, just outside Tagliolo Monferrato, a sought after location with a national Park backdrop. Several of the nearby properties are used as summer houses by the Genovese.

The cottage is newly furnished and restored with antique character features. It has two living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs living room has multilingual satellite TV. There are wood burning stoves for autumn evenings.

The rustic kitchen has a lovely exposed arch and traditional marble work tops with gas hob, grill-microwave and fridge freezer. Cooking equipment and a dining set for 4 +2 are all supplied.

Outside is parking for two cars and an enclosed rear courtyard with flowerbeds, garden furniture and BBQ.

Rental includes sheets and towels.

550 euros per week, for up to 6 people, cleaning included. Short breaks available, min 3 days.
Flexible start date and changeover Day. Open April to October.
