You'll find the flat in the area Schöneberg in Berlin. The flat is in the street Elssholzstrasse a few kilometers from Kurfürstendamm, 300 meters from public transport and only 5 minutes from Nollendorfplatz.

The flat is 49 m2 and it was renoveded in 2006. There is a livingroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. The flat is on 1. floor in the house in the backyard. The yard is bright and very green. The decoration of the flat is modern.

In the kitchen you will find all the things that you need for cooking. In the livingroom you find for exampel a dining table, a leather sofa, a chair, dvd-player, tv and music-player.

In the bedroom there is a doublebed ( 140cm x 200cm ). From the bedroom you open a door and walk out on a balcony.

The price for the flat for 2 people is 80 euro pr. night - minimum 3 nights. 1 week / 7 nights costs 450 euro plus a deposit of 150 euro. You will get the deposit back when my cleaner has told me that everything is fine, after your holiday in the flat. Included in the price is cleaning, 2 towels pr. person, beddings and internet.

It´s possible to arrange an extra bed for a 3. person. The bed will be in the bedroom. The price for the extra bed is 15 euro pr night. 1 week / 7 nights is 70 euro.
