The area is situated midway between Antibes and Nice.
There are:

• approx.600 meters to the water.
• 12 min. to the airport.
• 2 min. from junction 46 on the highway.

Since the settlement is situated on a south-facing slope and the highway on the opposite side,
down in a valley here is completely confidential and absolutely no annoying noise.

The complex is approx. 50 units which are primarily living Frenchmen and a few
Italians, British, 3 Danish couples. There are approx. 75% working, the rest is
people who have pulled back, several families have small children, each child in
school age


Area:

The area is best known for Marina Baie Anges built in pyramid style
and Hautes Vaugernier They are our neighbors. Below is the peaceful nature
Vaugernier park which ends up to our reason, so there are ample opportunities for walking
trips and for those who are bike lovers, there are many opportunities both at the surface
lines and in the hinterland, where there are large protected areas with large
challenges.

5 min. driving is Marineland with dolphin and killer whale as the year's great shows. The arena can be seen from the terrace.

Vence and St Paul de Vence is about 15-20 min drive from here.
Moreover, markets both in Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Vence and all towns in the area.

Sunday is the antique market in Cannes, and not forgetting the promenade along Crosetten.
The large flower market in Nice, or what a slip of Monaco.
