The apartment is situated on a hillside down to the Mediterranean sea, 150m from the beach in the tiny fishing village Villefranche Sur Mer approx. 5km east of Nice. Perfect for 2 adults + 2 children!

The apartment is located in a residence with a huge pool from which there is a fantastic panoramic view over the Mediterranean sea. The apartment contains lounge with double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, 4 hobs and oven. Westfacing balcony with wonderful view of the sunset over Mont Boron, chamber with bunk beds and bathroom with tub. Ironboard, hairdryer, tennis rackets, beach umbrella and picnic backpack in the closet. WIFI is available separately at the reception. The pool is open approx. April 1st to November 1st.
Common garden, table tennis, small café, mini market, laundry, tennis courts and secured parking. Walking distance to the center of the three small idyllic fishing villages of Villefranche, Beaulieu and St Jean Cap Ferrat, where there are cozy cafes, restaurants, shops and several beaches. You can walk around the Cap Ferrat's rocky coast via a small coastal path and finish with a dip at the popular Paloma Beach where there is also a fashionable restaurant.

The apartment is a key starting point for trips in the region since you can take the coastal train East to the Perfume Museum in Eze village, to Monaco (Grand Prix May 29, 2011), Friday market Ventigmilia in Italy or West to the Riviera's largest Marineland in Antibes, or La Croisette in Cannes (Film Festival 11-22. May 2011). Daily bus service Dec-Mar, from Nice to Isola 2000 ski area. Hence car is not a necessity when staying here.
