Wooden house of 48 m2 and 20 m2 Annex. In the sitting-room there is a woodburning stove and elec. heating. The Annex and the house which is connected and covered contains a 12 m2 bathroom with floor of Ital. tiles and heating (only in cold months) and Zanussi washing maschine. Sitting-room and kitchen : 28m2. Two bed-rooms of approx. 10 m2, both with 2 single beds. In front of the sitting-room towards the garden, there is a big covered terrasse with a round table and six chairs. The second terrasse is open and staked off between the house and the Annex with a long table and two benches. The "garden" is 2900 m2 with high spruces and birches and a large area with grass.
NB : please bring your own sheets and eiderdown-covers, towels and so on.

Check-in time Saturday approx. 1 p.m. - or according to agreement.
