Bright, comfortable and new luxury holiday home on 82 meters with a ceiling to tilt. The house is located in a closed wonderful cottage area on a large secluded grounds with lawns and close buffer planting. The house has a large south-and west-facing terrace, ideal for sunbathing, fun and barbecue. There are 3 rooms, 2 rooms have double bed and a room has a double sofa bed with a good sleeping comfort.

In the spacious bathroom is spa, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is linked to a cozy and very bright living room with fireplace that provides a good framework for indoor activities. The kitchen has a quiet dishwasher, ceramic hob / oven and fridge / freezer. There are soap-treated wood floors in living room and bedrooms. In the kitchen, bathroom and once there is tile floor with underfloor heating.

The house has good facilities with satellite dish, TV, DVD player and radio with CD. The house is non-smoking area and pets are not allowed.

There is a well-stocked local grocery store just 1 km. from the cottage.

Area Description:
The house is located only 800m from the beach, which is a mixed sand and shingle beach and is therefore suitable for both bathing, walking and angling. Some of Denmark's best sandy beaches are within a few kilometers in, for example. Rørvig and Gudmindrup. And for families with children is Summerland Zealand only 8 km. away. Summerland Zealand offers both a large water park and a giant play area for all ages.

By Klint, 3 km. from the cottage, can catch trout, flatfish and garfish from the beach / pier. If you prefer to angling from the boat, you can take to Rørvig or Odden Havn, where local well-known skippers taking anglers out with.

Visit the cozy Rørvig Harbor, where kids can fish crab from the pier and the adults can enjoy restaurants, beer, good atmosphere. From the port of sailing a small ferry from Hundested returning.

One should not cheat yourself of an atmospheric trip to town Nykøbing Sj which lies just 5 km. from the cottage. This offers the pleasant pedestrian area of good shopping, cafes and restaurants.
