Bright, friendly rooms with new fireplace. 2 rooms with double beds and a children's room with bunk beds. New bathroom with shower. Everywhere lightwooden floors.

  • Cleaning: Tenant shall make the final cleaning. Cleaning includes washing of all vertical surfaces in kitchen and bathroom and all horizontal surfaces throughout the house and drawers, cupboards, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, toilet, laundry, garden furniture and barbecue. Cleaning can be ordered against payment of 200,- Euro. Deposit paid upon booking and the FULL rental amount paid last week before the rental commences. Deposit (minus power consumption, water fee and possible damages) returned to the tenant after the rental.
  • Other things: Rental: From Saturday at 2:00PM to Saturday at 10:00AM unless otherwise agreed. Bed linen, towels and dishtowel carried by tenant. The rent: The FULL rental payment must be paid within a week before the rental period. Force majeure: In case of sudden injury that need repair, which means that tenants can not move in, the landlord can not be held liable. Amounts paid will be refunded. Deposit: A deposit is required to ensure proper cleaning, consumption expenditures and to cover possible damages. Deposit can be withheld in case of non-compliance and or non-cleaning. Water paid by fixed amount of 20 Euro pr. week and deducted from the deposit. Electricity charged according to consumption and deducted from the deposit
