Description of the house:
Ground floor: Hall with stairs to the first floor. New and open kitchen to the living room with a large eating area with room for 14 persons. Nice area with sofa´s and a fire place. From the living room you will find two doors to the garden with 2 separate terraces one pointing south and one pointing east. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Separate room with washing machine and tumbler drier.

First floor: TV room with a sofa bed and comfortable furnitures for "TV cosiness". Master bed room with own bathing facilities. 2 bed rooms and a bath room.

The house is located very privately surrounded by trees, with a private road directly to the beach. A very large lawn is surrounding the house and can be used for playing football and other outdoor games.

The lovely beach has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere and is located only 800 meters from the house.

The history behind "The Shepherd House": In the old days the shepherd was living in a house on this location. When it burned down the Baron Poul Bertouch Lehn handed over the castle Lungholm to his son, and build the current "Shepherd House" for himself and his wife.
