Skagenhytten rummer op til 12 (-16 )sovepladser heraf 8 i 4 soverum 1. sal, 2 i hems og 4 i stuerne . Desuden kan lejes 1 adnexer. med ialt 2 sovepladser. Der er 2 toiletter og et 3 planlagt. Der er kæmpe terasse og have med havemøbler og gril
