Brand new luxurious house build 2009 for those who wants the best. The house has a unique surroundings only 500 metres from the North Sea on a 2700 m2 natural ground.Both from the ground and from the house there is a spectacular view to the sand hills and the open country.This magnificient house is ideal for those who wants to enjoy themselves both indoor and outdoor.In the lovely pool area there is a 32 m2 pool and a water chute together with a whirlpool for 7 persons.The luxury house is 270m2 and has access to several terraces and outdoor-kitchen and a barbeque house.Moreover there is free internet access and a plasma screen 42" with stereo/surround sound.For the children there is a Playstation2, table football, swings, a sandpit and a play castle.The house has 3 bathrooms each with toilet, sink, shower and under-floor heating.
