This beautiful old 225 m2 villa has it all: charm, comfort, space and a fantastic location - only 400 m. from the wonderful sand beach, in the middle of the unspoiled town of old Sæby and close to the sizzling life of the harbour. You can shop in delightful little boutiques just around the corner and your neighbour is the best gourmet restaurant in town. Last but not least - you have an idyllic undisturbed garden facing the stream of Sæby Å. You actually feel that you are in the country side, even though you are in the middle of everything.

The house is decorated in a laid back nostalgic style and has plenty of room for 10 - 12 persons - 5 bedrooms (all with comfortable box spring mattresses), 2 bathrooms, large dinning room, large living room (with a sofa bed). Well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for min. 12 persons. Separate room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.

The view of the magnificent garden and the stream can be enjoyed from the house or from one of the many terraces of the garden. From the wooden terrace/landing point, which runs in the full length of the garden, you can try out your "angling luck" and maybe catch a trout or two for dinner. You are also welcome to bring your own canoe or kayak.

In the afternoon and evening the sun shines on the 50 m2 wooden terrace along the house, where garden furniture for 12 and the Weber Grill provides amble opportunity for cosy outdoor dining.
