Nice summer house 82m2 (77+5m2 annex) with room for 5-6 people. 850 m2 private garden with grass - good for playing soccer, badminton etc. Big southwest terrace - with roof over + wooden sun terrace. Short distance to beach (300m), tennis, forest, shopping and activities. This includes miniature golf and fishing for children. The house was build 1961/1997/2009(new living room with wooden floor).
- Cleaning: Cleaning of the house must be done by the the renter of the house before you leave. Contact us if you want an offer on the cleaning.
- Other things: You must read the electricity "counter" when you arrive/leave.
