Family-friendly holiday home on 85 sqm 200 m from a very child-friendly sandy beach 3 km from Ebeltoft. On a partially enclosed ground, this well maintained and modernized in the stone cottage in a quiet, older wooded cottage area. Citizens of Ebeltoft calls the area fattened. On the 1300 sqm large grounds with both sunny and shady areas there is a large lawn with rocking stand and sandbox, trees and shrubs.

Ground floor has wood-burning stove / fireplace with fireplace-insert, color television with satellite (Astra), and radio with CD player. There are 2 beds in the form of very popular alcove with box mattress 120cm * 200cm.
The kitchen has eating hook and is very well equipped with electric stove with oven, cooker hood, refrigerator with 45 l freezer, microwave, dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with box mattress 140cm * 200cm and 2 bedrooms each with 2 bunks with spring-mattresses.
The 3 rooms are small but functional.
Bathroom with sauna, WC, shower, wash-hand basin and heating.
In the house there is a weekend bed, child chair and baby bathtub.
In the entrance are washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The cottage is not handicap-friendly, since it was built in 2 staggered plan with a staircase of 5 steps between.
The outhouse has a large number of garden furniture, deck chairs, beach toys and garden furniture and barbecue. A lovely covered south-and west-facing terrace extends outdoor season in the evening and autumn.

Pets must not be carried because there are carpets on the floor.
Final cleaning can be ordered.

The cottage must be returned in same condition as when received.
The hirer is responsible for damage to property and equipment


There are many attractions for both children and adults: Djurs Summerland, animal parks: Ree Park Ebeltoft Safari and Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center (fish), Frigate Jylland, Glass-museum, National Park Mols Mountains, Kalø Castle Ruins.

In Ebeltoft area there are opportunities for fishing, golfing, surfing, biking. There are also fitness-centre and swimming-baths.


In the immediate area there are good opportunities for walking in the forest and beach with views to Mols. On a estimate path you can bike or walk along the beach to Ebeltoft.
In summer there is a vibrant rash of excited tourists in Ebeltoft, while winter is peace and idyll in the old town with cobblestone streets.
In Ebeltoft, there is good shopping in the many stores (Føtex, Kvickly, Netto, Aldi, Fakta, Kiwi).

Many guests are coming back to my lovely holiday home in the peaceful, attractive and exciting field.
