Adorable, modern cottage located right next to the Limfjord. The cottage has continously been renovated during the last years and presents itself as both modern and well-kept. The cottage has a lovely, big living room that has a cozy stove, 2 rooms with bunk bed/pull-out bed and a larger master bedroom. The toilet has a showering niche and heating in the floor as well as a heated towel dryer.

The cottage is located in an area with lots of beautiful and easily accessible nature without much traffic, but still with easy access to busses going to Aalborg, Øster Hurup, Hals, and Egense. Mou is but a short bikeride away and has, among other things, a convenience store. The cottage has a big garden and a just as lovely terrace where barbecues can be had.

The cottage has a heating pump which provides for cheap heating/cooling.
Internet dongle can be rented for 15 Euro per week, deposit 20 Euro.
