If you want to spend your vacation very close indeed to the calm sea of Eastern jutland, this is the ideal cottage for you!

The cottage is positioned on a big lawn that invites you to play soccer, sunbathing e.t.c.

The cottage is retro-style on the outside, and a mix of retro with some gentle moderations in the interior. It is rather spacious, and most of all cosy.

Drawn back on the lawn, the house is rather private, and most of the time, the air around the house is calm, if the wind is not in the easterly corner - but then again, that is where the warm wind comes from in the summertime.

  • Cleaning: When vacation is over, the summer house is to be cleaned. The final cleaning includes: • window cleaning • washing of the floors • cleaning of tables, appliances and bathroom You must of course take care of cleaning up, both inside and outside. Washing of cutlery, crockery, cookware e.t.c. The patio furniture and grill also falls under the general cleanup.
  • Other things: Rental Conditions · The agreement is binding for both parties. · The holiday house must only be inhabited by the number of persons stated in the description. · Please do not place tents or caravans at holiday house ground. · Pets are only allowed if the landlord has given permission. · Payment: 1.rate: 25% of the rent within 10 days after ordering 2. Rate: residual rent within 45 days before arrival. · Lease start at 15.00 on arrival day and ends at. 10.00 on the day of departure. If the tenant moves earlier than 15.00, the tenant is not entitled to reimbursement in the even of inadequate cleaning. · Cancellations: Must be done in writing. In this case the cancellation charges as follows: 1. Until 90 days before the lease commencement 10% of total rent, minimum 300.00 d kr. 2. From 89-35 days before the lease commencement 25% of total rent. 3. From 34-14 days before the lease commencement 50% of total rent. 4. From 13-1 days before the lease commencement 75% of total rent. 5. On arrival day or later and simply pay 100% of total rent. · Transfer of lease may be made by agreement with the landlord. · In case you encounter defects or errors, do not get your holiday ruined; contact us and we will make sure -as soon as possible- to correct the error. · Tenant is liable for loss of furniture and damage caused during the stay. Any damage must be reported immediately to the landlord. · On departure the house must be clean, and in same condition as when taken over. Any needed ekstra cleaning will be at the tenant's expense. • In case of force majeure,i.e. war and epidemic diseases, the landlord has the right to terminate the lease. In this case the landlord is declined to return payments received.The tenant is not entitled to further compensation. · Owner can not guarantee against the occurrence of insects (ants, earwigs, etc.) · Reservations are made for any errors due to misprint and/or misunderstandings regarding language.
