73m2 in 400m2 garden, with 1 room with double bed and one rooms with 1 bed and 1 room with bunk bed (2 beds). Very well insolated, electric heating also in the floor. Woodburning stove, microwave oven, washing machine. TV-set with many channels (also in english) and barbeque. 100 m to sand beach, 2 Kilometers to town center. Good fishing possiblities.
