Very well kept and cozy townhouse in Marstal a stone's throw from the harbor and a few minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes walk from downtown with good shopping and restaurants. The house is 2 floors of a total of 109 m2, 2 rooms at a total of 20 m2 is locked to the landlord, tenant disposes of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor (all with double bed), dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Wonderful covered patio and nice patio. Marstal located on the southern Aeroe with a cozy environment with small grouped houses and cobblestone streets, shops and restaurants. The kitchen includes electric stove w / oven, refrigerator / freezer. Bathroom is with shower and washing machine. The living room has color TV with built in DVD. There is garden furniture and barbecue. The house is a non-smoking house.
