Older house, which has been continually updated with mixed furnitures. The house is located at the periphery of the small town Rø and about 200 m from Rø Golf Course with 2 X 18-hole courses.

The house is' energy-friendly' as it has a heat pump installed (which also works as airconditioner) with an efficiency coefficient above 5 (!), as well as solarheating in the form of a Solarventi (Danish producer of 'air solar panels'!). There is also a stove/fireplace

From the plot of land and from first floor there is a view of the Baltic Sea. The house is close to the cliffs of Rø and of Bornholm Art Museum.
