Modern and bright flat with balcony in quiet area in beautitul Schöneberg

You'll find the flat in the area Schöneberg in Berlin. The flat is in the street Berchtesgadener Strasse a few kilometers from Kurfürstendamm, 50 meters from public transport ( bus ) and only 6 - 8 minutes from Nollendorfplatz.

The flat is 60 m2 and it was renoveded in 2007. There is a livingroom, 2 bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. The flat is on 2. floor. The decoration of the flat is modern.

In the kitchen you will find all the things that you need for cooking. In the livingroom you find for exampel a dining table, 2 sofa's, dvd-player, tv and music-player. From the livingroom you open a door and walk out on a balcony, wich is very sunny.

In the big bedroom there is a doublebed ( 160cm x 200cm ). In the small bedroom You will find to single beds ( 80cm x 200cm )

The price for the flat for 4 people is 120 euro pr. night - minimum 3 nights. 1 week / 7 nights costs 640 euro plus a deposit of 150 euro. You will get the deposit back when my cleaner has told me that everything is fine, after your holiday in the flat. Included in the price is cleaning, 2 towels pr. person, beddings and internet.

It´s possible to arrange an extra bed for a 5. person. The bed will be in the bedroom. The price for the extra bed is 15 euro pr night. 1 week / 7 nights is 70 euro.
