This delightful 130 m2 wooden holiday cottage, built in 2004, is situated on a 1530 m2 plot only 500 m from the beach west coast beach at Nr. Lyngby.
The 55 m2 living room is combined with a dining area and an open kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a freezer (95 L).
The cottage has 4 bedrooms; 3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Loft with 4 mattresses. 2 bathrooms, each with showers and toilets. Whirlpool and Sauna. Central heating and floor heating plus wood burning stove. Furthermore, colour TV, hifi, CD, video, DVD player, international satellite dish reception. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Covered carpark. Pets are allowed.
Children’s play area with swing, sand pit and play house. Baby cot and high chair. Please contact owner for more pictures. PROVISIONS FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS THROUGHOUT THE COTTAGE.
