Ebeltoft, wonderfull new house - Friggsvej 8, Holme Strand

New, very child friendly, really nice and well equipped holiday home on 95 sqm of wood with tiles on the floors everywhere.
The cottage is built in 2008 and situated on an open plot at 1200 sqm. only 150 m from the sea in a cottage-area.
On the large lawn is trampoline with nets, swings, sandbox, hang-sofa and outhouse.
Inside the house is light and friendly with a nice and stylish furnishings and decor. Virtually everything is kept in the colors white, black and gray.

The house is for max. 6 adults and 4 children. There are 6 very good box beds in 3 rooms. In addition there are 2 loft with 4 good foam-mattresses.
In the living room is a 3- and 2-persons leather sofa. There are color TV with satellite (Astra), stereo with CD and DVD.

The eating-area is designed for max. 10 persons.
The kitchen is very well equipped with services and modern furnishings with particular induction cooker with convection ovens, 2 refrigerators with 60 liters of freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

The holiday home has 2 bathrooms both with shower, toilet and washbasin. The large bathroom has a lovely spa bath with a heater for 2 persons. Here is also a truly modern washing-drying machine. In addition to the bathroom is a nice sauna.
In the house there is a cot / weekend bed, high chair and baby bathtub. For outdoor use, there are 2 normal swings and a baby swing.

The house is heated / cooled using a heat pump / air conditioning, stove, electric radiators and underfloor heating. There is underfloor heating in the livingroom, dining-area, entrance and bathrooms.
Firewood can be purchased. (25,-kr)

The garden-furniture is like other things kept in gray and black colors, so everything is in harmony.
There is a large garden dining-table with 10 chairs. In addition, there is a small café-table, a market umbrella, 3 pcs. 5-position chairs and 2 sunbeds. The lovely hanging sofa with cushion is a favorite spot for relaxing on the lawn. Barbecue available.

Pets permitted by agreement.
Final cleaning can be ordered.

The cottage must be returned in same condition as when received.
The hirer is responsible for damage to property and equipment

There are many excursions for both children and adults: Djurs Summerland, animal parks: Ree Park Ebeltoft Safari, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Munkholm Zoo. Kattegat Center (fish), Frigate Jutland, Randers Rainforest, National Park Mols Mountains, Kalø Ruined Castle.
In Ebeltoft area there are opportunities for fishing, golfing, surfing, biking. There are also fitness-centre and swimming-baths.

In summer there is a pulsating throng of happy tourists in Ebeltoft, while winter there is peaceful and idyllic in the old town with paving-stone streets.
Ebeltoft is good for shopping in the many grocery stores (Føtex, Kvickly, Netto, Aldi, Fakta, Kiwi).
